WHAT TO EXPECT?

INITIAL CONSULTATION: (Time: 60 - 75 MINUTES)

• An initial review will be completed prior to your scheduled appointment, based on the questionnaire and medical records that are provided. All necessary paperwork (questionnaires and lab results) must be provided at least 3-4 days prior to your appointment).  Any items that need clarification will be asked to provide before the first appointment. 

NUTRITIONAL CONSULTATION –

• A thorough analysis and evaluation of the information included in the health questionnaire about the individual
• Necessary supporting materials will be discussed and provided (i.e. dietary plans, handouts, exercise routine, stress management, etc.)
• Additional lab tests/work may be recommended at this time, if and when required
• All follow up consultations are preferred to be scheduled at this time for your convenience and regular follow up
• Supplement suggestions will be made if required

HOMEOPATHIC CONSULTATION –

• Considering the information provided, further analysis will be made for all the different subtleties on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual plane of the individual
• Initial consultation includes an in-depth intake session to understand your symptoms that are unique to you as a person on each plane (emotional, mental, and physical) in full detail 
• Homeopathy is based on the principle - “like cures like,” and therefore the more information provided in detail during the appointment, aids for the better selection of the individualized remedy, specific to the case. An overall assessment of your Homeopathic Constitution will be made; that makes up and distinguishes, who you are as a person.
• Homeopathic remedies need to be ordered by the client and are not included in the consulting fees. Vidhya Udare will guide you to a list of homeopathic pharmacies where the remedy can be ordered online.

FOLLOW UP CONSULTATIONS:  (Time: 30 minutes each or more depending on the individual case)

• Follow - up is an essential part of your process toward optimal health
• Regular Follow –up visits are scheduled every 3-4 weeks to help you progress towards your health goal
• Evaluation, Analysis of the case/symptoms and recommendations are made on the progress noted.
• Brief email support is available for general questions. Detailed email communication will constitute a visit.
• Regularly scheduled follow-up appointments results in a shorter recovery time with satisfactory results.
